Had a very good experience with Purulia Tourism. Quality of service was 8.5/10. Behaviour of employees was extremely well. Planned a vacation on a tight schedule but the company managed to arrange everything before time. Package provided includes almost everything necessary for a tour. Recommend to opt in for their service. Pros - 1. Behaviour of employees were extremely positive. This is their USP. 2. Package was well structured. Pricing is quite affordable. 3. Service quality was pretty awesome. 4. Drivers were provided at every step, including pickup and dropping off to station. 6. Special mention to Sudip Das. An amazing employee. Knows how to handle customers, address their concerns. Cons - 1. Sight seeing could be little detailed. 2. Driver should be transparent on where they are dropping off and how much far is the tourist spot. Synchronisation gap between driver and traveller should not be there. Note - The following might be just nitpicking 3. Tourism cars should have simple medical kit like band-aid etc just in case. 4. Should provide guides or at-least driver should explain the routes, historical or geographical significance of all the tourist spots. Note - If you opt in for package without food plan, then please inform driver about your restaurant preference before hand and make plans accordingly. Random restaurants in tourism spots are not that great.
